Chargebacks are prohibited: You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes.

You affirm that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used.
Exchanges - (if applicable)
- In any event you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at contactus@lessentialz.com. Provide a detailed email, including your full first and last name, as well as your order number. Expect a response from our team within 24-48 hours regarding the approval of your exchange.
- Lé Ssentialz Boutique will only process exchanges if the incorrect item(s) were sent to you. All items must remain in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
Lé Ssentialz is not responsible for any damages or packages after it has been shipped and left our base. In any event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address you submitted, you will be responsible to pay a reshipping fee. In any event your package is lost or cannot be delivered, please contact or visit your nearest USPS location to resolve the issue with their support team. We recommend filing a lost package claim with USPS in such situations.
